  • A TELUS Health consultant will then ask you “which company are you from?” Please advise the consultant that you are calling in relation to the Western Renewables Link (formerly the Western Victoria Transmission Network Project).
  • They may ask you if you are an AusNet Services employee, clarify that you are not an employee and are calling about the proposed project.
  • The TELUS Health consultant will then register your details and advise you of the next available appointment time for a qualified practitioner to phone or meet with you.
