AusNet Services' commitments regarding access

We will comply with all applicable laws and the Essential Services Commission Land Access Code of Practice in accessing your property.

If there is a signed Land Access Consent form in place, we will abide by all access protocols set out in the agreement.

We will carry project identification which can be produced upon request by the landholder, representative of the landholder or occupier at any time when on your property.

We will minimise disturbance and do as little damage as possible when undertaking any surveys and investigations. We will make good any damage caused while undertaking these surveys and investigations.

We will have appropriate public liability insurance in place that covers the surveys and investigations to be conducted on your property.

We will handle all complaints in accordance with our complaint handling process and offer dispute resolution support where required.
