Is the proposed route the final route?

While a proposed route has been identified and assessed through the Environment Effects Statement (EES), further modifications may be required to avoid and minimise impacts. If modification is required, then consultation will occur with relevant stakeholders, and Ministerial approval via development plan amendment will be required.
