What does the Planning Scheme Amendment (PSA) do?
The PSA for the Western Renewables Link establishes the planning controls for design, construction and operation of the project. It inserts an incorporated document with project-specific conditions and applies a Specific Controls Overlay to affected land parcels, without altering the underlying zones and overlays. The amendment rezones the existing Bulgana Terminal Station and the site for a new terminal station near Bulgana to a Special Use Zone with a terminal station-specific schedule.
